Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in unworn, resalable condition.

Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your parcel to any authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
